Soo My boyfriend and I are on some rough terms right now at least it's helping me not eat. My conclusion is ALL GUYS ARE STUPID! Whenever they do something wrong thats my answer, they are stupid. But it helps me make up for the other night when I went out with one of my girlfriends to this new lounge in the city. I had a great time, but I had 3 drinks and the next day I was a little hung over and ate a bunch of crap. I really didn't gain weight from it which is wonderful. But now I dont really want to drink anymore because of the feeling extreme hunger and craving of greasy food.
Today I ate:
1 banana
1/2 cup of cereal w/ organic skim milk
1/2 of a tuna sandwich on multi grain bread with lett., tomat., onions, 1 piece of cheese, and jalapeno mayo.
1 caramel
1 small handful of popcorn
... hmmm i coulda did w/o the last two.
